The following police reports were filed between August 22, 2025 and August 28, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Lauren A. Gibson, dob 1-15-1988, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Kayla G. Justice, dob 3-04-1988, criminal trespass to residence/person present, violate order of protection/notice/prior violation of order of protection.
William H. Howell, dob 7-13-1967, possession of meth less than five grams.
James M. Sherwin, dob 7-15-1969, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Kayla G. Justice, dob 3-04-1988, criminal trespass to land.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Harleigh E. Burnett, dob 4-19-1999, custody of untagged species.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Brandon R. Morrow, dob 11-01-1979, driving under the influence of alcohol, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Miranda. Wainwright, dob 4-21-2001, no valid registration/3rd and subsequent/one year.
Kelsey T. McClelland, dob 1-11-1989, driving on a revoked license.
Curstan D. Smallwood, dob 3-07-1998, driving on a suspended license.
Dalton X. Thorp, dob 1-07-1968, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jason W. Piper, dob 9-29-1985, driving on a suspended license, disregard stop sign.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jase D. Haskett, dob 6-05-2002, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Timothy J. Edge, dob 5-31-1969, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bryan R. Smith, dob 7-28-1971, disregard stop sign.
Owen M. Northern, dob 5-31-2007, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Aubry E. Davis, dob 8-04-2004, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kameron K. Villarreal, dob 5-16-1992, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Antonio D. Robeen, dob 1-25-2004, failure to reduce speed.
Austin M. Talley, dob 6-07-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Dylan R. Wilson, dob 12-28-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
