The following police reports were filed between September 26 and October 2, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Shaquela Lee Fraction, dob 10-19-1993, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), carry/possess firearm/1st.
William H. Guyer III, dob 4-25-1989, retail theft, display merchandise/greater than $300, driving on a suspended license.
Tyler D. Lockhart, dob 10-27-1994, criminal trespass to residence/person present, criminal damage to property less than $500, criminal trespass to building.
John T. Tanner, dob 3-09-1989, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, unlawful restraint, aggravated assault/use of deadly weapon, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Linee G. Hardy, dob 9-27-1975, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Jeffrey B. Cornelius, dob 1-04-1959, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Katherine E. Alexander, dob 1-11-1979, driving on a revoked license.
Robert Christopher Chandler, dob 3-17-1975, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Caleb R. Graham, dob 8-19-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
William H. Guyer III, dob 4-25-1989, driving on a suspended license.
Christopher B. Hausman, dob 3-03-1980, driving on a revoked license.
Prakash Joshi, dob 7-30-1999, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
David A. Lambert, dob 1-03-1967, uninsured motor vehicle/bodily harm.
Ian I. Liesback, dob 3-10-1994, reckless driving.
Kelsey T. McClelland, dob 1-11-1989, driving on revoked license, no valid registration/3rd & subsequent/1 year, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Devora M. Newquist, dob 2-15-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Albert W. Oertel, dob 4-28-1960, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
The following individual was charged with a traffic violation:
Andrew M. Belleville, dob 9-06-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit, unlicensed.
Ronald H. Dwyer III, dob 3-11-1987, expiration of registration.
Casey Richard Fields, dob 6-03-1985, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Julia A. Krueger, dob 5-03-1984, operate uninsured motor vehicle, carry/display license/permit, improper turn signal.
Jasmin D. Mason, dob 12-29-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Trinniti Annjonette Matthews, dob 4-12-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Eid G. Mohamed Sr., dob 3-29-1976, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Cedric D. Neal Jr., dob 10-31-2002, operate uninsured motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Steve Brian Ray, dob 7-12-1965, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
