The following police reports were filed between October 10 and October 16, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals weres charged with a felony:
Katherine E. Alexander, dob 1-11-1979, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd.
Venus V. Arrietta, dob 9-01-1979, criminal trespass to residence/person present, aggravated battery/victim over the age of 60.
Kenna R. Busch, dob 2-24-1989, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), operate uninsured motor vehicle, improper traffic lane usage.
Cody A. Crabtree, dob 12-14-2001, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), improper traffic lane usage.
Eric W. Hazelwonder, dob 9-15-1971, possession of meth less than five grams, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Angela L. Alexander, dob 9-29-1976, two charges of bad checks/obtain control of property.
Edward J. Baecht Jr., dob 2-05-1959, criminal trespass to land.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Jeffery J. Kile, dob 3-19-1992, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Lane N. Bowman, dob 8-19-2006, negligent driving.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Brandon K. Bell, dob 11-29-2000, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL
Marshall J. Pinnix, dob 7-18-1960, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Antonio Dale Robeen, dob 1-25-2004, driving on a suspended license.
Scott D. Wyatt, dob 5-07-1974, driving on a suspended license, unregistered/expired registration.
The following individual was charged with a traffic violation:
Justin A. Childress, dob 3-12-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Alex W. Cummings, dob 8-20-1997, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kira L. Denton, dob 11-27-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Lateva C. Duncan, dob 7-23-1972, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Scott E. Hartmann, dob 9-04-1992, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Lloyd A. Hawes, dob 3-22-1951, disregard official traffic-control device.
Michelle L. Holmes, dob 12-22-1992, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Walter S. Mesias Benites, dob 2-20-2000, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jason E. Moxey, dob 10-16-1974, disregard stop sign.
Stephanie R. Richardson, dob 8-29-1987, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Titian E. Rittnour, dob 7-19-1979, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jamilla R. Tell, dob 8-25-1995, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brian T. Woolsey, dob 9-05-1981, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kevin E. Wuebbels, dob 11-08-1984, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
