The following police reports were filed between September 1 through September 30, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Alan B. Toppmeyer, dob 6-22-1961, felony possession of a weapon, intimidation/physical harm, aggravated unlawful restraint, domestic battery/physical contact, driving under the influence of any amount of a drug.
James V. Breen, dob 9-12-1991, felony possession of a weapon, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Kyle M. Connell, dob 7-30-1979, illegal possession of ammunition/FOID, driving on a suspended license.
Alan B. Toppmeyer, dob 6-22-1961, two charges of violate order of protection.
Jill Gaunt, dob 6-07-1974, bad checks/obtain control of property.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Khazil B. Sharawi, dob 9-30-1993, not having the required approved personal flotation device.
Shawn T. Woolsey, dob 7-26-1968, abandonment of watercraft, debris in water or stream.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Victor W. Baalman, dob 7-13-1959, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Ayden L. Leavell, dob 9-09-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jonathan A. Allen, dob 9-24-2000, driving on a suspended license.
Joshua L. Howland, dob 2-06-1983, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a ordinance violation:
David J. Hickey, dob 4-16-1978, chapter 1 section 2 1 A speeding.
Mahdi S. Gayar, dob 7-07-2000, unlicensed.
Tonya L. Hausmann, dob 8-07-1985, chapter 1 section 2 1 A speeding.
Daniel Patrick Russell, dob 5-01-1961, failure to stop at a stop sign.
Kevin David Godar, dob 11-29-2005, chapter 1 section 2 1 A speeding.
David A. Stinson, dob n/a, criminal trespass 6-1.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Noah D. Michaels, dob 6-20-2006, disregard official traffic-control device.
Jarrett S. Snyders, dob 7-20-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
David M. Crull, dob 5-02-1960, disregard official traffic-control device, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Lori A. Fillback, dob 11-03-1962, passing school bus loading/unloading.
Ronald Brown, dob 3-25-1968, violate license classification 1st and 2nd division.
