The following police reports were filed between November 7 and November 13, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Joshua A. Aguirre, dob 2-16-1987, 2 charges of burglary.
Jesse L. Kempfer, dob 10-22-1980, bad check/obtain control of property greater than $150.
Michael A. Masiero, dob 10-11-1960, notification/no fixed address/2+.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Tyler P. Lane, dob 4-19-2001, disorderly conduct.
Susan E. Pepper, dob 103-1959, 2 charges of criminal trespass to land.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Logan D. Malone, dob 10-30-1995, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 35+ mph over the limit, transport/carry alcohol/driver.
The following individual was charged with an conservation violation:
Marty D. Jones, dob 11-06-1956, hunt others land without permission.
The following individual was charged with a ordinance violation:
John James Stephens, dob 12-10-1967, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
John M. Ashburn, dob 12-12-1984, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Megan E. Camden, dob 10-16-2006, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Antony S. Dillard, dob 11-30-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Victor Howard Hamer, dob 10-22-1952, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michelle L. Jackson, dob 3-06-1981, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Jeremiah Xavier Johnson, dob 8-09-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Vallerie L.M. Shell, dob 12-07-1986, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mason J. Shewmake, dob 4-08-2008, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
