The following police reports were filed between November 28 and December 04, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Nathan D. Ely, dob 7-19-1983, battery/cause bodily harm.
Julia A. Krueger, dob 5-03-1984, criminal trespass to state land, criminal trespass remain on land.
Lorenzo D. Strong, dob 9-03-1983, possession of cannabis between 30-100 grams/1st, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, operate motor vehicle/registration suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Eric E. Wickenhauser, dob 11-14-1987, 3 charges of criminal damage to property less than $500; leaving the scene, reckless driving, failure to reduced speed.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Scott R. Hartkopf, dob 6-15-1987, driving on a suspended license.
Charde C. Jordan, dob 4-27-1987, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Brayden Jacobi Edward Lewis, dob 8-03-2002, reckless driving.
Westin Michael Lindemann, dob 2-23-2003, reckless driving.
Jaime Eduardo Moran Lem, dob 4-16-1984, improper use registration/title, unlicensed.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Tristan J. Cox, dob 10-02-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kimberly N. Gent, dob 8-02-1978, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Andrew S. Holtmann, dob 12-02-1991, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Rylie R. Joelner, dob 9-19-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Collin A. Johnson, dob 1-06-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Janelle A. Lehr, dob 3-19-1958, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kasie N. Noel, dob 4-04-1984, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Nicole Christine Sherick, dob 1-05-1983, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Ryan P. Smith, dob 9-22-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
