Hamburg women arrested for falsifying court authorized drug test

GENA F. WILSON
On August 6 and September 18, Gena F Wilson, aged 35, of Hamburg, Illinois was ordered to submit to a Court Authorized Drug analysis. These samples were collected and submitted to the lab for analysis by the Calhoun County Probation Office.
The matter was forwarded to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office for further investigation.
Subsequent to an investigation and analysis by the lab, it was confirmed that Wilson had falsified or altered the test.
On October 15, the Calhoun County State’s Attorney’s Office issued a two-count felony warrant for Wilson for the offenses of Defrauding Drug and Alcohol Screening Tests.
On November 4, Wilson was arrested by a Calhoun County Deputy Sheriff for the aforementioned warrant.
Wilson was transported to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office where she was booked and released with a Notice to Appear at the Calhoun County Courthouse in Hardin, Illinois.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office thanked the Calhoun County Probation Office and the Calhoun County State’s Attorney’s Office for their assistance with this matter.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
