The following criminal cases were resolved in Scott County Circuit Court in November, 2025:
Kristi Lee, DOB 2/7/1972 – plead guilty to theft and ordered to pay fine and costs of $1,239.00 plus restitution in the amount of $320 and placed on 12 months probation.
Joshua Cowden, DOB 9/19/1988 – plead guilty to disorderly conduct and ordered to pay fine and costs of $689.
Jerry Chronister, DOB 11/08/1969 – plead guilty to sale, gift, or delivery of alcohol to a person under 21; was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $539
