The following police reports were filed between January 16 and January 22, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dustin M. Blum, dob 10-15-1989, driving on a revoked license, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Phillip E. Kirchner, dob 9-22-1973, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kyle C. Johnson, dob 1-08-1982, speed 35+ mph over limit, reckless driving.
Shawn T. Ray, dob 8-29-1979, driving on a revoked license.
Rebecca L. Newingham, dob 11-22-1985, driving on a suspended license, disregard yield sign.
