Felonies
Dylen J. Bauza, dob 7-15-2002, charges of felon possess a weapon and domestic battery/bodily harm were dismissed.
James R. England, dob 12-12-1991, charges of reckless discharge of a firearm/endangers, aggravated assault/discharge firearm and domestic battery/bodily harm were dismissed.
Michael A. Malloy, dob 9-01-1980, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated stalking/violate civil/o/p, fine, 5 years Department of Corrections, 4 years mandatory supervised release (MSR); charges of violate order of protection/notice/prior violation/o/p and aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit were dismissed.
Ricky A.
