The following police reports were filed between February 06 and February 12, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Teresa S. Reynolds, dob 6-05-1977, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of drug paraphernalia, possess hypodermic/syringes/needles/1st.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Emily R. Hernandez, dob 11-22-1980, violate order of protection.
Timothy D. Worley, dob 9-20-1955, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Barbi M. Hughes, dob 1-28-1986, driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, illegal stopping/standing/parking.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Justin T. Admire, dob 10-05-1990, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Amanda W. Causey, dob 5-01-1992, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Stephanie M. Garrett, dob 12-23-1992, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Adam C. Summers, dob 9-21-1988, speeding 35+ mph over limit, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Justin A. Childress, dob 3-12-1981, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Carl D. Crawford, dob 9-02-1941, vehicle failure to the right-of-way of an emergency vehicle.
Phyllis O. Findley, dob 8-17-1942, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Scott A. Griggs, dob 7-23-984, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Karlee J. Poore, dob 4-17-1992, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael S. Underwood, dob 6-15-1995, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
