The following police reports were filed between February 13 and February 19, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
George A. Frank Jr., dob 9-16-1959, violate order of protection.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Howard W. Barrett, dob 5-26-1963, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, improper traffic lane usage.
Dale E. Sullivan, dob 11-07-1970, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, improper traffic lane usage.
Lee E. Wilson, dob 3-08-1987, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Larry D. Miller, dob 9-29-1979, domestic battery/bodily harm, obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Jason D. Boren, dob 5-10-1973, negligent driving.
Brandie M. Findley, dob 2-10-1985, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Aaron Gentry, dob 12-21-2005, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
William D. Jackson, dob 9-22-1952, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Brent T. Smith, dob 12-18-1981, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Kingston Terrell Walker Stephens, dob 10-18-2007, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Darrell W. Arth, dob 1-01-1934, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael A. Chakur, dob 3-24-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Cody A. Crabtree, dob 12-14-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Justin W. Grizzle, dob 5-30-1997, disregard stop sign, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Sabrina L. Isom, dob 8-17-1971, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Leighton C. Orban, dob 8-27-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Jesus E. Romero, dob 8-21-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Maxwell J.S. Scoggins, dob 7-28-2004, disregard stop sign.
Angela M. Uzzetta, dob 6-15-1968, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
