The following police reports were filed between February 20 and February 26, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Johan M. Rincon-Jaimes, dob 2-27-1977, unauthorized state/title/certificate.
Akkya C. Brass, dob 3-14-1993, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st.
Terrence L. Knapp, dob 4-18-1977, possession of meth less than 5 grams.
Katie J. Talley, dob 4-12-1971, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shane E. Pitman, dob 8-25-1997, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 10-14, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Ashley Seymoure, dob 4-10-1989, obstruction of justice/destroy evidence, false report of offense, disorderly conduct/false report/ins.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Dustin K. Woods, dob 7-31-1980, 2 charges of deer hunting permit violation.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Brandon L. Godinez, dob 5-31-2004, drivers license expired more than a year.
Asa M. Proctor, dob 11-29-1978, driving on a suspended license, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Bryson D. Williams, reckless driving, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Paul M. Garrett, dob 10-25-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Chad A. Kirchner, dob 12-03-1973, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Joseph A. Pfeiffer, dob 10-27-1990, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Tamara Z. Ainsworth, dob 2-11-1959, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Lesley Ann Fuvich, dob 2-27-1967, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Tammy M. Fox, dob 2-22-1970, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
April E. Newell, dob 4-03-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chelan G. Chapman, dob 11-10-2008, driving 21-25 mph above limit, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Robert D. Kroemelbein, dob 10-24-2008, operate uninsured motor vehicle
Billy J. Cooper, dob 4-12-2007, drive/operate non-highway vehicle.
Adan, Zul Picazo, dob 8-03-2002, disregard official traffic-control device.
Stella Liebsack, dob 8-26-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
