The following police reports were filed between February 27 and March 05, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Timothy F. Durbin, dob 10-09-1979, violate sex offender registry/2+, obstructing justice/destroy evidence.
Joseph D. Jones, dob 4-24-1993, 6 charges of firearm/FOID invalid/not eligible, 6 charges of illegal possession ammunition/FOID.
Morris L. Doerr, dob 8-09-2006, 2 charges aggravated battery/judge/emergency medical technician.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Victor Peralez, dob 2-06-1982, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Brandy Peralez, dob n/a, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cody A Claussen, dob 3-25-1994, driving on a revoked license.
Cornelia A. Steward, dob 7-30-1972, driving on a suspended license.
Douglas W. Hazelwood, dob 6-12-1985, driving on a suspended license.
Joshua R. Tieman Jr., dob 7-26-2003, drivers license expired more than a year.
The following individual was charged with a ordinance violation:
Cheyenne J. Newingham, dob 12-28-1995, violation nuisance ordinance.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Briahna S. Staggs, dob 3-28-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Karson L. Reese, dob 6-20-2004, plate secure/height/visual/sticker/1-2.
Thomas P. Hans Jr., dob 9-04-1984, driving on the left/prohibited.
Kinley T. Mireles, dob 7-22-2009, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Julie M. Oxley, dob 8-31-1970, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jack T. Flatley, dob 6-11-2003, display plate attachment/1-2nd.
Billy L. Balcom III, dob 6-10-1993, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kaylee M. Huett, dob 11-03-1997, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Meadow B. Hawkins, dob 9-21-2002, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Alicia L. Smith, dob 8-13-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
David E. Stoker, dob 8-22-1961, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Michael D. Huelsmann, dob 5-20-1992, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
