The following police reports were filed between June 18 and June 25, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Dillon R. Winningham, dob 6-16-1998, aggravated battery/peace officer, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Nicholas A. Sagez, dob 12-14-1963, felony possession of weapon.
Micheal D. Burrows, dob 5-10-1968, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Coty T. Camerer, dob 9.06-1984, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Ernest R. Sprague, dob 4-26-1998, reckless conduct, criminal damage to property less than $500, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Brian L. Cordes, dob 8-26-1980, driving under the influence of a drug, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jack S. Saylors, dob 2-17-1957, driving under the influence of alcohol, drivers license expired more than a year, leaving the scene.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Tamera L. Waters, dob 9-03-1966, drivers license expired more than a year.
Shayna L. Winningham, dob 5-08-1997, drivers license expired more than a year, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Coty T. Camerer, dob 9-06-1984, driving on a revoked license.
Jessica Brooke Haile, dob 7-20-1990, drivers license expired more than a year.
Shane R. Seymoure, dob 12-26-1989, driving on a suspended license.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Kimberly S. Pennington, dob 4-08-1971, hazardous vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Michael W. Stevens, dob 5-16-1960, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Phillip M. Erickson, dob 4-12-1989, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kevin L. Sharrow, dob 9-20-1973, disregard official traffic-control device.
Cassandra H. Borcky, dob 12-27-1995, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shawn T. Woolsey, dob 7-26-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Vladimir G. Bratan, dob 1-22-1970, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Katrina A. Moore, dob 5-01-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
