The following police reports were filed between June 19 and June 25, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Jason F. Rollins, dob 12-19-1976, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cody L. Wells, dob 11-27-1992, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
James L. Cross, dob 10-02-1982, 2 charges of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Darrell D. Cox, dob 2-05-1979, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed.
Austin R. Hayes, dob 5-24-2004, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Mason V. Allen, dob 3-08-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jane H. Connell, dob 7-30-1979, driving on a suspended license.
Tristan J. Cox, dob 10-02-2004, reckless driving.
Antonio Intrinsic Giron, dob 10-17-2006, driving/no license/permit/age, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Doug R. Hall, dob 9-17-1970, driving on a revoked license.
Bobby L. Johnson, dob 10-02-1974, driving on a revoked license.
Shane M. Vanetten, dob 3-04-1984, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jerry M. Harris, dob 10-06-1955, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Zayne A. Lovell, dob 12-03-1986, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jason F. Rollins, dob 12-19-1976, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Christopher J. Schofield, dob 10-30-1997, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Elaine S. Schroeder, dob 8-22-1961, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
