The Pikeland Unit 10 school board met June 24 and approved the following personnel moves.
Resignations were accepted from: Jennifer Ruzich, as a retirement, resignation, effective, May 21, 2026.
Brandon Radford, resignation as principal at Pikeland Community School for grades 3-5, effective June 22, 2026.
Hirings included: John Heafner assistant principal at South Elementary for the 2026-2027 school years.
Austin Mendenhall, social studies teacher for the 2026-26, upon completing all license requirements.
Mary Pursley, part-time library paraprofessional for the district for the 2026-27 school year.
Kadence Haskins, full-time short-term substitute teacher for the district for the 2026-27 school year.
Lindsay Dunham was approved for a voluntary transfer to Title I for the district for the 2026-27 school year.
Danny Skelton, full-time custodian for the Pikeland School District effective June 4.
Barb Ballinnger, Chaddock bus route driver for the 2026-27 school year.
Becky Amann, Tammy Butler, Brenda Conkright, Brittany Dain, Amy Harris, Kacie Lipcaman, Eric Naughton, Chloe Opitz and Lauryn Shipley, all were hired as full-time paraprofessionals for the 2026-27 school year.
