Every year, Denny and Sherry Vetter host a family reunion at their homestead in Haypress, better known as Haypress Falls. Before the meal, all of the family gathered for a family photo. Afterwards, there was plenty of time to look over the plethora of memorabilia the Vetter’s have collected over the many decades they have resided at their home. Their many collections include memorabilia from Columbiana Seed Company, Fairbanks Ranch, the many different one-room schools in the area, the Haypress area in general, plus an extensive history of the Vetter family dating back more than 300 years. In addition, there is Haypress Falls, created in 2005. In December, the Falls is turned into a Christmas wonderland with hundreds of thousands of lights decorating the area. The event is free of charge, but a free will donation is taken and then donated to a local charity.
