The following police reports were filed between September 1 through September 30. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Karley J. Varble, dob 3-05-1991, residential burglary, theft control intent person less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Kenneth R. Edwards, dob 7-31-1990, approved personal flotation device.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Loretta L. Schwalb, dob 2-23-1974, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Braden A. Pohlman, dob 1-16-2007, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, improper traffic lane usage, failure to reduce speed.
Richard D. Eberlin, dob 3-16-1942, obstructed front windshield.
Michael E. Walter, dob 6-21-1964, improper passing/left/no passing zone.
Jason C. Heck, dob 2-15-1967, failure to reduce speed.
