The following police reports were filed between October 6 and October 12. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Hannah M. Taylor, dob 8-17-2000, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, improper traffic lane usage.
Adam L. Weaver, dob 5-03-1978, driving under the influence of alcohol, not driving on the right side of the road.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Phith Kham Keomanivane, dob 2-12-1956, failure to wear blaze orange.
Singkham Khounsana, dob 5-06-1954, failure to wear blaze orange.
Kanh Phouangmalay, dob 6-01-1957, failure to wear blaze orange.
Glen A. Wilson, dob 12-12-1983, failure to wear blaze orange.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Terry Lee Beavers, dob 3-24-1969, driving on revoked license.
Mekan Haytyyev, dob 12-20-1987, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Zander J. Little, dob 9-20-2005, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Kristen M. Moore, dob 12-19-1996, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Andrew Gerald Rogers, dob 6-16-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit, disregard stop sign, disregard official traffic-control device, squealing/screeching tires, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st, 2nd, fleeing/attempting to elude an officer.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Cierra R. Beasley, dob 5-16-1998, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Quinyon D. Buchanan, dob 10-17-1991, improper merging into traffic.
Ethan M. Cox, dob 1-21-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Gordon M. Donaldson, dob 5-18-1972, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Sherry A. Morhaus, dob 5-24-1957, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ayden James Randell, dob 5-20-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
