The following police reports were filed between October 13 and October 19. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dianne Elaine Brewer, dob n/a, negligent driving.
John E. Hetzel, dob n/a, junk, trash and refuse, unlicensed inoperable vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
