The following police reports were filed between October 20 and October 26. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Michael S. Hillis, dob 5-14-1968, felony possession/use weapon/firearm.
Joseph M. Spurgeon, dob 10-09-2001, aggravated criminal sexual abuse/victim over the age of five.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Henry A. Scheferkort, dob 8-05-1964, driving under the influence of alcohol, failed to signal/improper signal.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Malindy A. Farris, dob 5-10-1996, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Virginia R. Dawber, dob 11-17-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, change lanes without signal.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Harley J. Young, dob 1-23-1998, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Mason L. Cunningham, dob 1-20-1995, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Anas M. Alzaben, dob 8-01-1991, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Brady M. Ingram, dob 8-27-2005, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
Luke S. Sexton, dob 3-26-1997, seat belt required/driver.
Michael L. Booth, dob 4-22-1962, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Stevie J. Wilson, dob 9-18-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tymber L. Leonard, dob 12-18-1997, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jeremiah J. Meza, dob 6-05-2000, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Johnnie Lee Blackketter, dob 11-01-1984, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Blake L. McPherson, dob 12-03-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael B. Oswald, dob 2-21-1968, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Hayden A. Garner, dob 3-09-2005, failure to reduce speed.
Steven N. Gilmore, dob 9-07-2005, display registration plate/decal/1st, 2nd, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
Robb M. Zeller, dob 3-15-1973, failure to reduce speed.
