The following police reports were filed between October 20 and October 26. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ashley D. Combs, dob 2-24-1987, domestic battery/other prior, criminal damage to property less than $500.
Ashley N. Hillmann, dob 11-05-1987, possession of meth less than five grams, possess hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Mathew J. Anderson, dob 12-04-2000, assault, disorderly conduct.
Kailan R. Brookins, dob 6-27-2003, carry/possess firearm/1st.
Lori S. O’Toole, dob 5-19-1974, criminal trespass to building.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Joseph D. Naville, dob 10-10-1997, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Pavan Kiran Gummadi, dob 5-22-1998, negligent driving.
Thomas Melvin Martin, dob 4-04-1953, negligent driving.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Samuel J. Klaas, dob 2-17-1995, deer hunting permit violation.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Payson A. Camerer, dob 5-06-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Christopher L. Summers, dob 4-22-1988, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Julian Micheal McGrath, dob 7-20-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tarah L. Ridenour, dob 3-06-1990, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
