The following police reports were filed between October 27 and November 2. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Trevor Gettings, dob 11-14-2003, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Michelle L. Carraway, dob 6-01-1985, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Linda Gail Conroy, dob 11-30-1963, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
Adam W. Monroe, dob 5-31-1983, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Melia E. Esparza, dob 1-27-1987, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Matthew J. Halliday II, dob 10-19-1994, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Michael Anthony Masiero, dob 10-11-1960, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jamie L. Nash, dob 1-26-1989, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Andrew M. Robeen, dob 5-31-1995, driving on suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Austin Lee Andre, dob 7-14-2004, improper traffic lane usage.
Jacob B. Chandler, dob 5-15-1997, improper traffic lane usage.
Stephanie N. Deneef, dob 7-28-1986, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Abdul R. Hashimi, dob 6-25-1996, improper traffic lane usage.
Dawson Michael LeMarr, dob 11-23-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Stephen L. Smith, dob 6-10-1979, failure to reduce speed.
Andrea K. Sykes, dob 9-14-1987, failure to reduce speed, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
