The following police reports were filed between November 3 and November 9. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Amber M. Montgomery, dob 2-06-1980, two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 1-10 mph above limit, improper traffic lane usage, improper turn signal.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Clint David Basala, dob 6-14-1977, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, improper traffic lane usage.
Steven L. Starr, dob 9-07-1978, driving under the influence of a drug, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Carter M. Gilbert, dob 11-24-1975, unlawful transport of a weapon.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Danny J. Copeland, 11-24-1976, improper use registration/title.
Brian C. Ernst, dob 2-10-1971, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Michael T. Gravatt, dob 3-16-1982, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Ryan A. Moore, dob 7-22-1992, speeding 35+ miles over limit.
Regina A. Morris, dob 7-11-1963, driving on a suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Indeya K. Pigee, dob 2-01-1997, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Miranda Nicole Bland, dob 5-30-2002, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Amanda K. Davis, dob 8-25-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kenneth O. Granger, dob 9-05-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
David L. Harrell, dob 6-20-1974, driving 21-25 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mark W. Hult, dob 10-13-1974, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Samuel W. Lewis, dob 1-22-1984, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Brian W. Orr, dob 5-24-1968, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Elliott M. Palmer, dob 1-27-1999, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Hayden D. Richards, dob 1-12-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Timothy Lee Schaaf, dob 6-19-1971, failure to reduce speed.
