Felonies:
Jeffery S. Deardeuff, dob 10-16-1990, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation/special conditions, fine, drug treatment.
Brittany L. Geisen, dob 5-07-1993, was found guilty on a charge of interfering with reporting of domestic violence, two years conditional discharge, fine; a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle was dismissed.
Ashley N. Jones, dob 9-18-1990, was found guilty on a charge of predatory criminal sexual assault/victim under the age of 13, 20 years in the Department of Corrections, fine.
Dustin M. Kraushaar, dob 7-28-1991, was found guilty on a charge of theft/control/person less than $500, fine, two years in the Department of Corrections; a charge of criminal trespass to residence/person present was dismissed.
Ryan L. Powers, dob 10-25-1982, was found guilty on charges of domestic battery/other prior and violation of order of protection/prior violation of order of protection, two years probation and fine for each charge; a charge of unlawful restraint was dismissed.
Misdemeanors:
