The following police reports were filed between November 1 through November 30. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Oscar Josue Martinez-Leiva, dob 9-16-2002, receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle, theft control intent between $500-$10K, criminal trespass to vehicles, unlicensed.
Jennifer M. Geninatti, dob 3-19-1980, possession of meth less than five grams, driving under the influence of a drug, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Donald G. Dawson, dob 9-18-1968, stalking/person distress/2+, violate order of protection, criminal damage to property less than $500.
Shannon L. Ufer, dob 4-09-1974, aggravated DUI/3, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 1-10 mph above limit, improper turn at intersection.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Fred J. Carlo IV, dob 6-09-1988, unlawful transportation of weapon.
Wesley S. Boggs, dob 7-16-1983, deer hunting permit violation.
Stephen D. Hansel, dob 2-13-1960, unlawful take/possession/deer.
David R. Greene, dob 7-22-1976, unlawful take/possession/deer.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Anthony V. Comerford, dob 6-27-1977, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Natalie A. Berkholz, dob 2-03-1989, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Joshua Michael King, dob 9-07-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Manola P. Soudavanh, dob 9-20-2003, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Mason L. Evans, dob 11-01-2002, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Andrew J. Neal, dob 10-07-2005, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st, 2nd.
Neal D. Murphy, dob 4-18-1970, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jordan R. Gloyd, dob 12-21-1983, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
