Felonies:
Christopher M. Cherry, dob 7-17-1985, a charge of theft/control less than $500/prior was dismissed.
Joshua G. Eastham, dob 12-05-1984, was found guilty on four charges of child pornography/reproduce/victim under the age of 13, fine, 10 years in the Department of Corrections per charge. Charges of child pornography/reporduce/victim under the age of 13 and predatory criminal sexual assault of a child under the age of 13 were dismissed.
Michael W. Steinacher, dob 9-15-2000, will not prosecute on charges of aggravated domestic battery/strangle and aggravated battery/pregnant/handicapped.

Misdemeanors:
Mathew J. Anderson, dob 12-04-2000, will not prosecute charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
Mark D. Cardwell, dob 3-01-1984, was found guilty on charges of public indecency/lewd exposure and battery/makes physical contact, 12 months conditional discharge and $300 fine per charge.
Justin W. Kirby, dob 2-18-1979, a charge of escape of misdemeanor from a penal institute was dismissed.
Macy Leigh Prewett, dob 4-15-2002, a charge of theft/unauthorized control/less than $500 was dismissed.
