The following police reports were filed between January 5 and January 11. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Larry A. Baker, dob 10-20-1962, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
Brandon L. Cathers, dob 1-02-1994, aggravated battery/judge/emergency management worker.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Kyle L. Cox, dob 9-29-1972, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
James A. Davenport, dob 3-24-1969, driving on a suspended license.
Shawn W. Wolf, dob 12-12-1975, driving on a suspended license, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Sarah R. Baumgartner, dob 2-19-1980, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Perry G. Swan, dob 10-27-1978, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Donna L. Lagergren, dob 11-10-1962, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cameron P. Shaub, dob 9-14-2000, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Madelynn L. Wahl, dob 10-10-2007, improper passing on shoulder, improper traffic lane usage, failure to reduce speed.
Cheyenna D. Decker, dob 1-25-2001, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
