Felonies:
Dakota H. Bowman, dob 12-29-1993, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated unlawful restraint, fine, three years in the Department of Corrections, six months of mandatory supervised release.
John E. Cloninger, dob 11-06-1981, a charge of aggravated driving under the influence/3/blood alcohol 0.16+ was amended/reduced; was found guilty on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked license, with a two year conditional discharge for each charge; $500 fine.
Ashley D. Combs, dob 2-24-1987, was found guilty on charges of domestic battery/other prior and criminal damage to property less than $500, two year conditional discharge for each charge, $500 fine.
Derek L. Day, dob 2-11-1995, was found guilty on a charge of burglary without causing damage, 30 months conditional discharge, fine; a charge of aggravated battery/strangle was dismissed.
Kimberly A. McAdams, dob 11-29-1972, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), 30 months conditional discharge, $500 fine; another charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) was dismissed.
Donald E. Schrieber, dob 5-02-1981, was found guilty on a charge of attempting to disarm a peace officer or a correctional employee, one year conditional discharge, fine.
Misdemeanors:
Trevor Cox, dob 8-07-2004, a charge of consumption of liquor of a minor was amended/reduced; a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, six months supervision, $100 fine.
Derek L. Day, dob 2-11-1995, a charge of theft/stolen/less than $500 was dismissed.
Matthew A. Friedel, dob 6-10-1986, charges of unlawful/interference/public utility, reckless conduct and assault were all dismissed.
Matthew L. Harpole, dob 12-04-1987, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300, one year supervision, $100 fine.
Jane M. Shain, dob 8-14-1964, a charge of public indecency/lewd exposure was amended/reduced; was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct, one year conditional discharge, fine.
Brendan M. Stamper, dob 1-02-1998, was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct, 24 months conditional discharge, fine; charges of battery/makes physical contact, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass remain on land and resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee were all dismissed.
