The following police reports were filed between January 5 and January 11. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dustin J. Depper, dob 11-13-1990, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Richard Anthony Aubuchon, dob 8-06-1975, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Chalanda Jo Fischbach, dob 7-20-1990, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jacob E. Copeland, dob 6-17-2003, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Jayda A. Bennett, dob 2-26-2001, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Toni L. Childress, dob 12-09-1991, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Frank J. Trost, dob 8-24-1966, failure to reduce speed.
Zamora Aaron Rodriguez, dob 4-01-2002, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Erika L. Hanneken, dob 5-08-1996, driving 21-25 mph above limit, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Hunter W. Jilg, dob 10-27-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shawn D. Wallace, dob 6-10-1983, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Erik S. Kesler, dob 12-30-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Leonel R. Secundino, dob 11-16-1998, unlicensed.
John E. Boehme, dob 7-15-1960, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Logan A. Wade, dob 10-26-2007, improper left turn/on-incoming traffic.
Regina C. Lindsay, dob 4-19-1974, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Caitlyn R. Hoppe, dob 9-15-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Dao O. Lu, dob 11-08-1963, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Harry L. Kortkamp, dob 2-03-1933, wrong way on a divided highway.
Zachary J. South, dob 2-06-2001, seat belt required/driver.
Somer L. West, dob 12-10-1996, invalid for driving at a restricted time, seat belt required/driver.
