The following police reports were filed between January 12 and January 18. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Joseph Dale East, dob 11-11-1998, criminal trespass to land.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Jamie Brown Markham, dob n/a, two charges of dog running at large.
Anton T. Doggendorf, dob 9-02-1975, negligent driving.
Irene K. Klaas, dob 3-08-1978, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Ian T. Lorsbach, dob 7-11-2002, leaving the scene, improper traffic lane usage, failure to reduce speed.
Levi C. Morgan, dob 6-15-1993, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Travis T. Pillman, dob 12-21-1987, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Joshua A. Stewart, dob 4-01-1980, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Sydaleigh P. Conway, dob 7-04-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Brian David Dennon, dob 10-20-1981, unlicensed, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st, 2nd.
Elizabeth L. Milford, dob 9-29-2006, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
John F. Murphy, dob 1-05-1963, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jordan T. Pace, dob 6-27-2007, failure to reduce speed.
Robert Rongey, dob 6-18-1964, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Deacon M. White, dob 2-09-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
