The following police reports were filed between January 19 and January 25. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Caleb L. Love, dob 12-07-1995, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), unlawful possession of cannabis/driver.
Corey M. Hardwick, dob 3-28-1991, possession of meth less than five grams, driving on a suspended license.
Adam E. Huff, dob 10-25-1989, two charges of theft/display merchandise less than $300/preconceived, theft/control less than $500/prior, criminal trespass to residence.
Adam J. Shasteen, dob 6-20-1983, possession of meth less than five grams.
Jeffery M. Walters, dob 11-27-1974, possession of meth less than five grams, driving on suspended license.
Thomas M. Loughary II, dob 2-19-1989, driving on revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Nicky D. Steveson, dob 9-15-1977, possession of meth less than five grams.
Christopher M. Cherry, dob 7-17-1985, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Garry L. Hillis, dob 12-12-1953, violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Kyle Ray Dawdy, dob 12-08-1994, waste/destroy usable meat.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Russell R. Bebber, dob 7-23-1979, driving under the influence of alcohol, plate sec/height/visual/sticker/1-2.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Christian A. Mercer, dob 6-20-1995, driving on suspended license, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Christopher A. Brainerd, dob 3-30-1971, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Michael J. Eilerman, dob 8-27-1990, driving on a suspended license.
Shannon M. Wood, dob 12-23-1977, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jared G. Pinkerton, dob 6-27-1994, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Christopher M. Cherry, dob 7-17-1985, unlicensed.
Michelle L. Peters, dob 8-03-1960, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Christopher M. Wojick, dob 3-08-2000, failure to reduce speed.
Brad S. Peters, dob 6-25-1993, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Haley L. Naugle, dob 1-12-1994, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Joshua M. Williams, dob 1-03-2001, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
Dmarco Montre Jolliff, dob 11-09-1995, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Cameron Wade Noah, dob 3-27-2006, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jacob A. Begalka, dob 6-14-1988, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
