The following police reports were filed between January 26 and February 1. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Jeffrey A. Dickson, dob n/a, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/unloaded/no FCCA, aggravated assault/use deadly weapon.
Timothy G. Glenn, dob 1-27-1999, aiding/abetting/possession/sell stolen vehicle, felon possess/use weapon/firearm, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit.
Christopher B. Thomas, dob 11-16-1979, felon possess/use weapon/firearm.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jeffrey A. Dickinson, dob 3-14-1986, violate order of protection.
Rochelle K. Maltimore, dob 10-04-1991, violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a domestic violence violation:
Dustin J. Lawson, dob 5-13-1990, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Denzil Marshall, dob n/a, inoperable/unlicensed vehicle.
Brandon Shannon, dob n/a, unlicensed vehicle.
Emalie Thornton, dob n/a, unlicensed/inoperable vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Jason L. Crabbs, dob 1-31-1982, driving on a suspended license, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jacob M. Pyle, dob 3-03-2003, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brian C. Wock, dob 2-13-1978, driving on a revoked license.
Timothy Q. Womack, dob 1-09-1995, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Troy L. Bailey, dob 6-21-1968, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Christopher L. Bechtold, 5-17-1965, driver fails to give notice of a crash.
Peyton A. Burch, dob 6-26-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Bryce A. Folkerts, dob 5-23-1996, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Leslie A. Freand, dob 6-15-1971, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
