The following police reports were filed between March 8 and March 14. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Dorothy L. Bennett, dob 5-21-1976, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Curt E. Brown, dob 5-14-1985, manufacturing/delivery between 1-15 grams of cocaine/analog.
Joseph S. Burkhart, dob 8-27-1985, manufacturing/delivery between 15-100 grams of cocaine/analog, possession of meth less than five grams, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Zachary J. Deverger, dob 8-15-1987, meth delivery between 5-15 grams.
Kimberly A. McAdams, dob 11-29–1972, manufacturing/delivery between 15-100 grams of cocaine/analog.
Indeya K. Pigee, dob 2-01-1997, manufacturing/delivery between 1-15 grams of cocaine/analog.
Kenneth E. Ray, dob 7-05-1985, aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle.
Claude T. Rogers, dob 12-15-1959, other amount Schedule IV.
Clarence F. Smith, dob 9-10-1958, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason C. Vanausdoll, dob 4-22-1980, possession of meth less than five grams.
Ciara R. Young, dob 4-20-1993, retail theft/display merchandise greater than $300.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Richard L. Davis Jr., dob 7-21-1986, assault, criminal damage to property less than $500.
Paul J. Demirs, dob 3-24-1984, obstructing a peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Amber L. Sadler, dob 9-04-1993, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 10 grams.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Corey L. Cooley, dob 12-29-1980, driving on a suspended license, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Jamie E. Day, dob 4-21-1984, driving on a suspended license.
Kimberly N. Gent, dob 8-02-1978, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Jacob M. Howell, dob 9-29-1994, speeding 35+ mph over limit, unlicensed.
Isiah Jones, dob 5-22-1957, driving on a suspended license.
Gregory G. Kuehnel, dob 1-14-1979, driving on a suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brian A. Lair, dob 10-10-1983, driving on a suspended license, plate secure/height/visual/sticker/1-2, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Sandra Roselynn Pellerano, dob 12-30-1987, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Amber L. Sadler, dob 9-04-1993, two charges of driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
