The following police reports were filed between March 29 and April 4. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Kory M. Smith, dob 3-15-1973, driving under the influence of alcohol, operate uninsured motor vehicle, stop/stand/park/non-business district, fleeing/attempting to elude officer, disregard stop sign.
Alex R. Wind, dob 7-08-1995, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 35+ mph over limit, reckless driving, unlawful possession cannabis/driver, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration 1st and 2nd, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Amanda L. McClary, dob 11-30-1991, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Brad Alison Cumberledge, dob 7-21-1963, driving on a suspended license.
Stephanie N. Deneef, dob 7-28-1986, driving on a suspended license.
Nicolas Michael Henry Hill, dob 12-19-2003, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sterling L. Lemasters, dob 1-20-2003, leaving the scene.
Maryssa R. McCarthy, dob 6-02-1997, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kathleen Ruth Richardson, dob 9-28-1971, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Molly E. Rowling, dob 7-13-1985, driving on a suspended license.
Christopher A. Schofield, dob 6-07-1975, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, unlicensed.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Zachery J. Deverger, dob 8-15-1987, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Cali A. Francis, dob 5-06-1987, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Nathan B. Hansen, dob 8-16-1977, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Tracy R. Lovel, dob 8-08-1964, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Javier Adolpho Posadas Montufar, dob 7-03-2006, unlicensed, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kelsea D. Sawyer, dob 12-12-1992, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Donovan J. Stock, dob 9-14-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tanya R. Waters, dob 7-04-1981, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
