Felonies:
Howard E. Gray, dob 10-18-1962, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of reckless conduct, 30 days supervision, $500 fine; a charge of driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9 was dismissed.
Jerry A. Newby, dob 12-22-1997, was found guilty on four charges of child pornography/reproduce/victim under the age of 13, three of which were given nine years in the Department of Corrections and one was given eight in the Department of Corrections, $9,050 fine; one charge of child pornography/reproduce/victim under the age of 13 was dismissed.
Scott J. Pace, dob 10-19-1989, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation with special conditions, $500 fine, 30 days county jail; a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Misdemeanors:
Savannah M. Place, dob 12-31-1989, will not prosecute on charges of battery/makes physical contact and aggravated assault/use deadly weapon.
