The following police reports were filed between April 19 and April 26. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:

The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
James R. Loftus, dob 6-10-1961, take/possess/sell/wild bird/animal.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Patricia M. Bilbruck, dob 11-12-1954, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Tyler J. Bounds, dob 3-14-2001, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Amos M. Farris, dob 6-17-1984, reckless driving.
Dustin T. Howell, dob 5-23-1993, driving on a suspended license.
Abdulaziz M. Alshareef, dob 9-10-1995, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Eugene A. Covington, dob 2-03-1971, drivers license expired more than a year, unlicensed.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Allison L. Faltin, dob 6-16-1992, dog running at large.
Celeste N. Jackson, dob n/a, disturbing the peace, barking.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
William J. Tonsor, dob 10-21-1967, electronic communication device.
Baptiste Odrick Jean, dob 9-12-1992, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Mercedes Ellen Baucom, dob 12-19-1989, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Andrew T. Armstrong, dob 2-06-1999, expiration of registration.
Tonsey S. Black, dob 10-09-1979, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Caiden D. Angel, dob 7-11-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jennifer L. Lawson, dob 7-03-1977, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Hoa Q. Lam, dob 1-17-1986, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Richard C. Morgan, dob 7-31-1953, disregard official traffic-control device.
Lexie A. Riggs, dob 4-08-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
