The following police reports were filed between April 26 and May 2. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Shena M. Brown, dob 2-10-1967, aggravated DUI/3.
Gary L. Ontis, dob 5-12-1974, theft/display merchandise/less than $300/previous conviction.
Raymond C. Vancil, dob 1-28-1976, possession of meth less than five grams.
Richard D. Vancil, dob 6-14-1977, possession of meth/between 15-100 grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Kimberly N. Gent, dob 8-02-1978, guardian allows child truancy.
Ashley M. Gillespie, dob 11-04-1989, guardian allows child truancy.
Heather N. Smith, dob 2-17-1988, guardian allows child truancy.
Ashley F. Surratt, dob 11-16-1992, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Jared K. Prough, dob 1-06-1987, domestic battery/physical contact, criminal damage/start fire/less than $500.
Andrew Robeen, dob 5-31-1995, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Jonathan R. Lorts, dob 5-01-2002, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Taylor M. Douglas, dob 2-23-1993, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gary Arnold Hodges II, dob 8-24-1967, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Loukas R. Mitchell, dob 2-10-2000, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Cynthia A. Mooney, dob 12-13-1966, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jason E. Moxey Sr., dob 10-16-1974, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Savana N. Partridge, dob 1-02-1990, driving on suspended license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Brandon R. Sinclair, dob 9-16-1985, driving on suspended license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Timothy Cordell Angel, dob 6-25-1985, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Charlotte Lee Arana, dob 11-15-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit
Charles E. Graeser, dob 8-26-1950, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st and 2nd.
Gopi Y. Jaganinatha, dob 11-17-1993, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Aisha Grace Lee, dob 9-20-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Amber Jo Potillo, dob 10-02-1988, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Zachary T. Short, dob 12-29-1993, failure to reduce speed.
Richard D. Yost, dob 12-24-1984, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
