The following police reports were filed between May 3 and May 9. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Colby D. Barnett, dob 11-02-1983, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), meth delivery less than five grams.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Andrew C. Kaufmann, dob 7-04-2002, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
Jacob M. Frasier, dob 8-26-1986, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
Willie M. Jenkins, dob 12-01-1979, driving under the influence of a drug, driving/never issued a license.
Tyler J. Baalman, dob 2-02-1994, driving under the influence of alcohol, electronic communication device.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Terrel D. McGee, dob 5-05-1993, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Tyler K. Forrester, dob 2-26-1979, unlawful growth of weeds.
Harry G. Nappier, dob n/a, unlawful growth of weeds.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Erin E. Brooks, dob 12-10-1990, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Chase A. Bradley, dob 10-18-2007, mufflers/1st and 2nd.
Cole Y. Dixon, dob 9-10-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael L. Ross, dob 6-11-1962, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Joshua Q. Fry, dob 1-20-1986, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
McKenna N. Kampwerth, dob 4-16-2003, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
