Holly Harbaugh
The Bob Price Memorial Scholarship awarded nine $1000 scholarships to students in North Greene (1), Jerseyville (1), Southwestern (2), Litchfield (1), Raymond (1), Staunton (2), and Father McGivney Catholic High School(1). The scholarship is in memory of Master Sergeant Price and a way to continue his legacy of serving others by helping students fulfill their career dreams. North Green recipient is Holly Harbaugh. Holly plans to attend Illinois College and study psychology. Holly is the daughter of John and Penny Harbaugh.
The scholarship is available annually to graduating high school seniors in the five counties of Illinois State Police District #18 (Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin and Montgomery)
In the past eleven years that the scholarship has been available, eighty scholarships have been awarded.
