The following police reports were filed between June 21 and June 27, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
John T. Tanner, dob 3-09-1989, aggravated domestic battery/strangle.
Sylvia R. Wedding, dob 10-05-1983, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Hannah E. Bult, dob 2-21-1992, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
Shawn A. Coleman, dob 11-30-1983, guardian allows child truancy.
James F. Crowe, dob 8-04-1962, violate order of protection.
Christopher M. Dilks, dob 1-01-1986, criminal trespass to land
Katara N. Jobe, dob 10-31-1981, violate order of protection.
Karen L. Long, dob 11-20-1985, guardian allows child truancy.
Egen L. Moore, dob 2-25-1984, guardian allows child truancy.
James O. Moore III, dob 10-02-1983, guardian allows child truancy.
John T. Newell, dob 10-16-1990, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
Stacie N. Polach, dob 2-17-1998, guardian allows child truancy.
Jessica S. Smith, dob 12-17-1983, guardian allows child truancy.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Joshua W. Kinder, dob 5-24-1996, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 35+ mph over limit, fleeing/attempting to elude officers, improper passing/left/no passing zone.
Connor Helton Luper, dob 7-23-2004, driving under the influence of alcohol, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Arthur Eugene Atencio, dob 5-31-1975, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Stephanie N. Hagan, dob 4-27-1982, driving on a suspended license.
Stephanie D. Johnson, dob 12-26-1989, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Cameron X. Robinson, dob 9-23-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Amber L. Sadler, dob 9-04-1993, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Jason S. Wisniewski, dob 7-09-1973, driving on a revoked license.
Brian C. Wock, dob 2-13-1978, driving on revoked license.
Marc A. Wock, dob 1-21-1984, driving on a suspended license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Shannon R. Bechtold, dob 3-05-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Scott A. Fudge, dob 11-09-1992, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jiang Han, dob 3-01-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Phoebe S. Love, dob 9-04-1964, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Daniel J. Sorenson, dob 3-15-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bryce J. Webb, dob 3-12-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
