John Patrick Backer, 46, Jacksonville, was arrested June 17 on charges of motor vehicle theft, burglary, driving license revoked or suspended, criminal trespass to property, manufacture or deliver controlled substance, and a hold for Morgan County. He was released June 22.
Jeffrey W. Penn, 31, Pleasant Hill, was arrested June 28 on a body attachment. He was released June 28.
Charles T. Reed, 22, Pittsfield, was arrested June 17 on a charge of failure to appear. He was released June 18.
Travis L. Myers, 40, Rockport, was arrested June 29 on a charge of violation of an order of protection. He remains lodged.
