The following police reports were filed between July 5 and July 11, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
James D. Kramer, dob 9-23-1984, theft/unauthorized control/less than $500.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Michael Courtoise, dob 1-28-1978, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Brittany R. Gresham, dob 4-29-1988, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Kevin R. Harmon, dob 7-19-1963, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Devinn L. Manns, dob 7-02-1992, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with a DUI/OUI:
Tristan S. Prather, dob 12-02-1996, operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Erica Jene Brackett, dob 6-30-2006, driving on a suspended license.
Nathan A. Griggs, dob 10-03-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jacob T.C. Gundlach, dob 5-17-1987, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Keisha Denette Howell, dob 8-26-1984, driving on a suspended license.
Melissa J. Prater, dob 1-03-1987, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Hari Pavan Ala, dob 11-27-2000, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jeremy P. Arnold, dob 11-07-1977, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
David L. Auston, dob 7-30-1962, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Leah Marie Cook, dob 3-03-2008, failure to reduce speed.
Helois M. Foster, dob 10-30-1985, display registration plate/decal/1st and 2nd.
Jeffrey J. Garcia, dob 2-11-1973, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kylie A. Grant, dob 2-23-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jamal A. Jones, dob 11-17-1999, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Amy L. Lefler, dob 12-07-1972, disregard official traffic-control device.
