Felonies
John J. Hyde, dob 6-30-1976, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth between 5-15 grams, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine; a charge of felony possession/use weapon/firearm was dismissed.
Terry L. Jackson, dob 4-23-1957, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/great bodily harm, two year conditional discharge, $500 fine.
Bobby L. Johnson, dob 10-02-1974, was found guilty on a charge of meth delivery less than five grams, 30 months conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Dennis Duane Kessler, dob 10-15-1966, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of criminal damage to property less than $500, six months supervision, fine; a charge of criminal damage to property between $500-$10K was dismissed.
Donna L. Lagergren, dob 11-10-1962, a charge of theft/display merchandise less than $300/prior conviction was amended/reduced; was found guilty on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300, 24 month conditional discharge, fine.
Raymond C. Vancil, dob 1-28-1976, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, one year probation, $300 fine.
Jason A. Winship, dob 11-13-1979, will not prosecute on a charge of forgery/make/alter document, strike/leave to reinstate.
