The following police reports were filed between August 2 and August 8, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Karen Bray, dob 2-28-1962, possession of meth less than five grams.
Shane M. Cummings, dob 1-12-1993, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, driving on a revoked license, reckless driving.
Joseph Dale East, dob 11-11-1998, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K, reckless driving.
Bradley D. Hendrix, dob 3-13-1981, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st.
Laura M. Riley, dob 4-12-1982, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Brian C. Wock, dob 2-13-1978, false report of an offense.
James M. Wooldridge, dob 12-23-1950, aggravated DUI/6+, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 10-14.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Ashley N. Ellison, dob 4-12-1994, battery/cause bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Kristopher S. Keller, dob 7-21-1997, negligent driving.
Stacey D. Pickel, dob n/a, dogs at large.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Michael A. Bogart, dob 9-10-2004, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Logan Allen Fenstermaker, dob 12-04-2003, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Eric C. Giles, dob 1-22-2003, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
William F. Horn, dob 10-20-1976, driving on a revoked license.
Yusuf Koseoglu, dob 7-15-2000, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Donna M. McNatt, dob 1-27-1959, driving on a suspended license.
Leighton Charles Orban, dob 8-27-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jennifer Marie Scott, dob 10-13-1974, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Curtis D. Vaughn, dob 9-11-1987, driving on a suspended license.
Johnny J.G. Vincent, dob 3-07-1984, driving on a revoked license.
Kyle Wallace, dob 1-30-1986, driving on a revoked license.

Courtney Renee Mathis, dob 3-12-1986, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Hank D. McClaine, dob 2-22-2008, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Elizabeth A. O’Brien, dob 5-05-1983, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Luis Fernando Perez Martinez, dob 8-13-1998, unlicensed.
Isabella A. Ramirez, dob 1-30-1998, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Russell S. Scott, dob 11-16-1993, disregard signal to stop.
