Celebrating Homecoming with a parade

A huge crowd of both children and adults alike gathered along the streets and around the square for the Carrollton Homecoming Parade Friday afternoon. The parade featured floats, the newly assembled Carrollton Marching Band, the football team, JFL team, cheerleaders, all of the other sporting teams, businesses and just about any other organization in town. It was a large parade, lasting for quite awhile and giving the children an opportunity to amass enough candy to open their own candy store.
