The North Greene Lady Spartans pulled out a dramatic come from behind win in their home-opener against the Greenview Bulldogs last Wednesday night.
After winning the first set 25-19, it seemed pretty certain that the Lady Spartans would be giving the fans their money’s worth in the first game of the season. Down by as much as eight points in the second game, it looked like the Bulldogs would be victorious in the second set, but the Lady Spartans turned up the heat and fought their way back to the winner’s circle to win the second set 25-23.
