Marsha C. Dugan, 70, of Bowling Green, MO died Monday, Oct. 11, 2021 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.

Cremation is being accorded. A “Celebration of Life” service was held Friday, Oct. 15 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill. The family met with friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana, MO Elks Scholarship Fund.

Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill is handling the arrangements.
