The Calhoun County Health Department will be offering Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccines to those who live in the county and are homebound. The booster dose is recommended for those who received their last dose over six months ago and are over the age of 65, those aged 18-64 with underlying medical conditions or who are at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting. Please call the Health Department at 618-576-2428 by Monday, November 15, 2021, to make arrangement for a nurse to administer a booster dose in your home.
